at KU Edwards Campus, Overland Park, KS

Announcing our 2019 Keynote Speakers:

Esther Derby draws on four decades of experience leading, observing, and living through organizational change. In 1997, she founded esther derby associates, inc. and works with a broad array of clients from Fortune 500 companies to start ups. Her approach blends attention to humans and deep knowledge of complex adaptive systems.
In addition to consulting, Esther has an extensive background in designing and leading experiential learning. She teaches workshops both on-line and in-person around the world. Her workshops support leaders to explore how they can adapt the environment to amplify empowerment, engage in joint problem-solving, and evolve their systems towards better results.
Sarah Harper is a data-driven, process improvement, and true-agile convert! As a Lead Development Project Manager at Cerner Corporation, she has worked with many teams on agile projects and seen it all. As Sarah transitioned over to Kanban and studied the Toyota Principles, she’s come to appreciate efficiency and flow and has started embracing the kaizen mindset in all that she does. When not working on Security projects at Cerner or helping to coach teams, Sarah is at the mercy of her twin four-year-olds.
