Join Centriq's ITIL® expert, Doug Hoff, as he provides an overview of the changes from ITIL® 3 and the 2011 refresh to the restructured ITIL4® (and what to expect if you are re-certifying).  Doug has been ITIL® certified since version 1 and has worked in a Scrum environment.
