Do you work in a culturally diverse team? Are you employed in an international company? Do you interact with global customers?
While recognizing the benefits of cross-cultural interaction, such as increased empathy, adaptability, and innovation (qualities that align with an Agile mindset), you may have struggled with some common challenges, including misunderstandings and clashing values.
In this interactive session, we'll discuss the importance of intercultural sensitivity within Agile teams.
We'll also identify concrete ways in which to promote and foster intercultural competence in the workplace.
