The city of Kansas City needs help from its citizens to make it easier and smoother to make 311 requests (such as reporting abandoned cars, requesting special trash pickup, etc..).
We are building a mobile app to allow people to contact the city. But we can’t build the app until we make it easy to use.
Please join us  Monday, August 18 at 6pm.  We’ll be working on ways to change government jargon to terms anyone can understand.  We’ll come up with citizen-friendly categories to be used in the new 311 application
