This talk will show you how to build a culture of effective collaboration with many examples from various organizations. We'll show practices and tools that can help your teams to better manage documents and documentation in Confluence.

We'll show you some easily-implemented use cases for common agile rituals such as PI planning, release planning, and backlog grooming, at scale.
