Topic for January: Working with Remote Teams
Over the past year, Steve Toalson has been coaching several remote teams. One of these teams has offered to share their experiences in the format of a panel discussion (remotely). Steve will also be joining us remotely. Come prepared to be 'On Camera!' and help demonstrate the power of working together even when we are not.
5:30 to 5:45: Gathering and socializing
5:45 to 6:00: Announcements, job openings, etc.
6:00 to 7:00: Working with Remote teams, presentation and discussion
ALSO - a first for AgileKC - we are opening up this meeting to those who would like to join us remotely! If you are in Kansas City, we would really like to see you in person (and practice Agile Principle #6). If you simply cannot be physically present, please join us remotely - as that is our topic!
