Sponsor:
Our mission is to help simplify and solve complex IT challenges by offering great solutions utilizing our skilled consulting or recruitment services. We are technology independent and believe that answers are not found in a specific set of tools, but rather in a holistic understanding of the business goals, current technical environment, and culture. Our backgrounds are diverse between recruiting, consulting, and CIO level leadership. While we have immense knowledge in all areas of IT recruiting and consulting, we have great depth in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data, and ERP implementations.
If you are interested in a career advocate, our recruiting team operates with a different approach than traditional IT recruiting firms. We encourage you to research us. We are not transactional and just looking to make a quick placement. We don’t mass email trying to play a numbers game. Rather, we look to build long-term relationships with top talent independent of whether or not we ever do business together. We are focused in the KC market and take the time to understand client and candidate needs individually to ensure that every placement is a successful career growth-oriented move for the candidate.
