ABOUT THE SURVEY:
The new year's upon us and we're working hard to ensure that the Kansas City Ruby community continues to be well served by the KC Ruby group. Of course, we'll continue to meet monthly to discuss important topics to Ruby, and we'll also continue to meet regularly for lunches.

But we're also looking at what we can do to serve our members better, including:

Starting a monthly newsletter to highlight the month's meetings, member interviews, promote members' projects and articles, and ensure key Ruby information is shared. Looking at alternative meetup formats and activities Working with local Ruby shops giving them a platform to show off how they are using Ruby and more... Got other ideas? That's great, we'd love to hear what they are. In fact, we have an itty-bitty survey you could use to share them. I promise it'll take you less than a minute to complete, and it'll help us tremendously.

Go take it now, though, because we're going to show off the results at our meetup on the 8th. If we get 100 responses, I have it on good authority that Ross will present wearing some sort of costume. Doors will open at 6:00 and the meeting will start at 6:30.

BalancePoint will be providing pizza and pop.

We now have Slack signup integrated into http://kcruby.org
