Vertica at its core is a SQL-based MPP analytical database.  However, it also integrates across the big data portfolio with Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, and more.  This presentation will provide an overview of Vertica and will demonstrate some of the ways it can provide value and integration with other big data tools.  Vertica will provide lunch.
