Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 12:00:00 PM The NEW HammerSpace Community Workshop 5200 E. 45th St., Kansas City, MO

Learn how to use a silk screen to print on cloth (or wood, or paper, etc...) while making some really fun shop towels for your workbench, garage, or just for around the house. Shop towels are a fun object to screen print for a novice, because you don't feel to bad if you mess up a print... it still works as a shop rag!

In this class we will be using diazo photo-emulsion to create the silk screens from scratch as well as using previously burned screens.

Students will help select the art we use for the new screens.
All materials are included. Each student will print several copies of favorite designs, and take home 8 prints!
