**PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A TWO PART, TWO DAY CLASS. PART ONE IS ON SATURDAY, MAY 12TH, NOON-4:00PM. PART TWO IS ON SUNDAY, MAY 13TH, NOON UNTIL YOU COMPLETE YOUR BRONZE CAST.**

Learn the art of lost wax bronze casting at HammerSpace. No prior experience required.

In this class you will sculpt and burn out wax sculptures and cast them in bronze. You may also opt to 3D print an object for casting. You will produce a wax, or 3D printed original to use for bronze casting. Egg size or smaller objects required.

Day 1 of this class will be about making your object and preparing it for molding, as well as the molding process. Casting will be covered on Day 2. Students are welcome to bring outside snacks and drinks with them on both days. We will try to take a short break at some point on each day of the class.

Suggested age: 14-114 years old
Total Class Cost: $120/person (includes both Part 1 and Part 2 sessions)
All materials provided

Open to both members AND non-members of Hammerspace, but you must RSVP if you wish to attend.
