Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 6:00:00 PM Google Fiber Space Lounge 1820 Westport Road, Kansas City, MO

We typically tend to focus more on technical skills, but this month we're diving into some hands-on creativity! (This also *MAY* be in preparation for something happening next month...)

This month, we'll be learning about the anatomy of a fight scene, with Jason Turner and Davis DeRock, two KC-based actor/directors who've both done their fair share of action. We'll be discussing the right/wrong things to do when planning and shooting a fight scene, using some existing examples and (maybe, if you're good!) a bit of a live demo. Come ready for action!

Meeting Agenda:
6:00–6:30 – Social time/set up***
6:30 - Official Meeting Start***
6:30–6:45 – Introduction/News
6:45–8:15 – Fight scenes!
8:15–8:30 – Raffle prizes!
8:30–8:59 – Social Time
8:59 – GET OUT! (Must be out of Google Fiber by 9:00)
9:00 – [Optional] – Begin conversations in the parking lot (or somewhere warm) that last for another 2 hours.
