Google Apps, Maps and Beyond! Google offers nonprofit organizations free access to many tools that can help you reach new donors and volunteers, work more efficiently, and bring your organization’s work to life. Scott Lemmon, Google Earth trainer and consultant, outlines a variety of tools you can use to help raise awareness about your organization. He’ll provide an overview of the Google Apps suite for nonprofits and provide particular focus on the Google Earth Outreach program. Google Earth offers incredible tools for nonprofits to highlight the areas in which they work and the impact of their efforts. You can create maps of project sites, collect and map data in the field, and even use your data as part of a YouTube video to tell more effective visual stories. Make time in your schedule to learn about these free tools that can be game-changers for your organization's online awareness and fundraising campaigns.
