She has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in consulting, corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She is a frequent keynote speaker on leadership and business development, and is a web columnist for Thinking Bigger Business Media, Inc, on topics such as sales development and growth strategy for high-growth potential companies. She publishes a blog on business topics, called the WhiteBoard, as well as a blog on servant leadership. Elizabeth is Past President of the Kansas City Direct Marketing Association and is current President of the KCDMA Educational Foundation. Bootstrap (formerly Twitter Bootstrap) is a stable and popular front-end framework that uses CSS and jQuery to create semantic, responsive websites that can be easily customized to suit your needs. This introductory presentation will cover topics ranging from how to get started, the 12 column grid layout, common built-in tools in Bootstrap, customization, cross browser and legacy browser support.


Mini-Bio :

Gregg Carey moved to Lawrence Kansas in 2011 to pursue a graduate degree in Education Technology at the University of Kansas. While attending school, he found that he was more interested in the "Technology" part of that degree than the "Education" part. After graduating in 2013, He went to Centriq Training to study their career change development track. Since graduating from Centriq in September of 2013, he has managed to stay mostly employed, working at VinSolutions and dineEquity. He is currently a .NET Web Developer at Internet Design and Publishing in Lee Summit, MO.
