  • [If you are a recruiter or an employer, and wishing to attend, please RSVP directly to Kunjan Shah.]
For our first meetup of 2015, member Jacob Santos will talk about keeping your controllers lean and mean. Learn to remove the fat from controllers (not from the holidays! That's another meetup!) and keep your controllers thin. Fat controllers are controllers that contain much of the business logic. Thin controllers are separate the business logic into another class or interface and an explanation on why thin controllers are important with code examples.
Folks, we have limited seating at this location, so if you decide to not attend please update your RSVPs as soon as you can so that wait listed members can plan ahead. Also, if you are on the wait list, please reach out to me, and we can set up extra seating.
This month Crittercism will be sponsoring food and snacks. Please update your RSVPs if you don't plan on attending so that they can get the right amount of food.
