Hey All-

We've got some cool announcements to share with you today, regarding google fiber ideas for our mobile educational initiative as well as an upcoming event!

****Hack & Tell Kansas City - March 22nd ****

We started a new event series last month, entitled "Hack & Tell - Kansas City"!

We had some phenomenal presentations, including an automated BBQ smoker controlled by Arduino, an open source software project and more!

Have you built a tool, hack or cool library? It’s time to get off the Internet and tell your peers about it face to face.

Join us for our SECOND Hack & Tell, 7:30a – 8:30a March 22nd @ Cowork Waldo (on the corner of 75th and Wornall, KCMO)

Space is limited! Come meet other awesome developers & hackers & hear about cool things people have built, reserve your spot today!

We're also looking for interesting presentations, there's a submission form available in the link above, as well as guidelines as to exactly what we're looking for.

*****3 google fiber mobile ideas that can change how KC Connects***

Last month, we announced a contest for mobile ideas built on Google Fiber. 3 winners would get scholarships to our mobile developer educational initiative entitled The Disruption Institute.

We're extremely excited about the winning ideas - there was a lot of imagination, vision and thought put into them.

The best part is that all 3 winners are from the Kansas City area!
