Developing an eCommerce Shopping Cart From Scratch (speaker: Robert Whitman)

This month’s presentation at KC Web Professionals shows the steps needed to
produce a simple, working e-commerce web site from scratch. The presentation will
lead off with a short discussion of what a person with something to sell needs to
take into consideration, such as design, domain name and hosting issues. Then we
will turn to nut! s and bolts of the web site including, design, the shopping cart,
payment issues and web site maintenance.
