Dynamically Populating a Pre-existing PDF Document. (speaker: Kurt Loudon)
Docs such as a gov't form or corporate client form or any form that end-user not allowed to change and thus needs to be filled-in without changing the form itself AND your organization won't buy Adobe software to manipulate PDF Forms directly.
Kurt Loudon's BIO:
Kurt W. Loudon serves as a Data Systems Architect for Shafer, Kline & Warr! en, Inc. Kurt is responsible for Business Development, Project Management, and Technical Lead for Database & Application Development and Design in the Energy Division located in the North Kansas City office.
Kurt is a 20-year technical expert in the diverse field of information technology. Design and development of databases, GIS, & Web systems are his main areas of expertise, using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver first-class products and services in formats such as ArcSDE, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MS Visual Basic, ColdFusion, ASP, MS Access, Satellite Forms, ER/Studio, Erwin, ArcIMS, and more! Kurt has a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He also has earned a master’s in Public Management & Policy from the top-ranked Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University. Kurt has been instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing the integration of GIS, database, web, and asset management technologies ! for the following clients: City of Westminster CO, Kansas Dept! . of Health & Environment, Department of Defense, Union County Conservation District, Department of Homeland Security, Tele Atlas, USDA, City of North Kansas City MO, Oklahoma Natural Gas, State of Missouri Rural Homeland Security-Region A, and more.
Kurt also has specialized IT/GIS experience in Homeland Security projects. Create & maintain Data Warehouse that manages “Points Of Interest” (POI) GIS data for clients. Kurt created customized Data Mining computer programs to create these POI data deliverables known as Places2Protect and People2Notify for the Department of Homeland Security, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, various State government customers and Tele Atlas. For the Joint Program Office/U.S. Navy – Kurt designed & developed a Data Warehouse that manages classified military and utility infrastructure data. For Region A, State of Missouri – an eight county consortium in west-central Missouri – Kurt is creating a GIS Needs Assessment & Analysis! for a Rural Homeland Security Data Warehouse and IT/GIS System.
