Jim Duey and Pete Thomas have collaborated to host a Clojure workshop at C2FO headquarters.
The workshop is best suited for programmers of other languages that want to begin getting better with Clojure. Please bring a laptop with leiningen installed and your favorite Clojure editor (vim, emacs, lighttable, eclipse, intellij) set up with a REPL.
It would be a good idea to start working through a Clojure book. Jim recommends Clojure Programming by Chas Emerick. In addition, please take a look at 4clojure and work through a few problems to begin getting familiar with the language.
Jim is planning on introducing some concepts and answering questions, but this is an informal and collaborative event. Plan on helping others with what you've learned!

C2FO offices are on the top floor of the same building in which Fairway, KS City Hall is located. This building is right behind Stroud's restaurant and LLKC attendees should be able to gain entry from any door. If anyone has trouble getting in just call Pete's cell at 206-778-1545.
