Learn how to create molds with a laser and cast your very own coinage our of pewter. In this class we will be using a free drawing program (Inkscape) to design one-of-a-kind metal artwork. This is a great intro class for anyone who is interested in learning how to create digital designs to be laser cut.
*IMPORTANT*: Be sure to bring your laptop for the digital design portion of this class. If you can, PLEASE download the Inkscape design program onto your laptop BEFORE the day of this class. Inkscape is a FREE program. Here is the download link: https://inkscape.org/en/release/0.92.2/
Suggested age: 10-110 years old
Cost: $40/person (all materials included)
Extra copies: $3.00 per ounce of additional pewter used
