You’ve probably heard of the software development craze called Scrum. In case you haven’t, it is a common Agile methodology with a focus on iterative development and regular, small development cycles called sprints. Most companies use some form of Scrum for their development, so it probably a good thing to learn about before you get into the workforce. We will cover:
- User Stories
- Sprints
- Points
- Retrospectives
