Continuing our tradition of helping a local non-profit organization with our Photo Walk assets, this year we are going to focus our evening (and lenses) on Owl Hollow Farm Equine Intervention. They actively maintain programs to bring horses back to health and bring joy and hope to children, providing two 10-week seasons of FREE equine-assisted mentoring sessions each year. By learning to care for an animal, children learn independence and responsibility and can begin to care for their own emotional needs which may not have been previously addressed.

This is an opportunity to capture some touching photography—kids and parents are there, engaging with the horses, and everyone is looking forward to having us...releases are already signed! 

Don't forget we will draw for the Creative Cloud annual subscription in the raffle drawing and you must be present to win! 

Directions: Take I-70 east to Oak Grove. Take the Oak Grove exit and go south (right) through town. You will be on F Hwy (Outer Belt road). Go 7 miles south to Cline road, turn right (back west). We are at 10908 S Hunt Road. Hunt is the first road to your left. There is a huge banner on the corner of Cline and Hunt that says Owl Hollow Farm. We are the first drive on your right. There is a sign that says Visitor parking.

This is about 40-50 minutes east of Kansas City, so we will meet a little later than usual. It would be a great idea for us to carpool, so leave a comment below if you can take riders, or need a ride.
