New location, new format: let's build an app!  Bring your laptop and join the KC Xamarin Developers meetup for a hands-on lab building a Xamarin.Forms application from scratch!  Mike and Yair will give an overview of the app we're going to build and then we'll help everyone build the app on their laptop... and perhaps even add more features than were initially planned if there is time and interest.

Before the meetup: to get the most out of this meetup you'll need Visual Studio 2015 or 2017 -- the free Community Edition is just fine! -- with the Xamarin components installed (or Xamarin Studio or the new Visual Studio for Mac if you plan on bringing an Apple laptop). To validate that you're ready for the meetup please validate that you can run the "Phoneword" application; you can either build it out from the walk-through on the Xamarin website or just download the code from Github, build it, and run:
