---------------

Joshua R Quint

Joshua Quint is the Lead AWS Architect at Turing Group. Mr. Quint has over ten years' experience designing, building and maintaining highly-available and scalable high-traffic hosting platforms.

Background

Mr. Quint has an extensive background in architecting web hosting platforms.  His career in systems architecture started as a Linux systems engineer at a regional internet service provider. He was then hired by Rackspace as an intermediate Linux systems engineer to work on their hybrid cloud-traditional hardware segment.  Currently, he works for Turing Group, an AWS Managed Service Partner as a Certified Professional AWS Architect, currently holding three AWS certifications.

Brendan P. Caulfield

Brendan Caulfield is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Turing Group. In this capacity, Mr. Caulfield focuses heavily on running day-to-day and strategic operations at the firm. From an AWS perspective, much of his time is spent working with the various individuals and groups within AWS to ensure efficient operations in the areas of business development and sales, security and compliance, joint marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies and general partnership tasks.

Though much of his focus these days is on Operations, Mr. Caulfield is and has been an engineer and still enjoys getting involved in AWS solution architecture, design and long-term operations though much of these duties are the direct responsibility of the talented staff and engineers at Turing Group.

Background

Mr. Caulfield has been working in IT for about 20 years and has held roles ranging from end-user services, software development, systems and network engineering and team management. The majority of his career, before Turing Group, was spent in the highly-regulated Pharmaceutical and Financial Services industries. Most recently, Mr. Caulfield was responsible for building, running and maintaining the High Frequency Trading (HFT) infrastructure at a $10B+ hedge fund in Chicago, IL. In that role, Mr. Caulfield was also responsible for all global network operations covering approximately 10 location across North America, Europe and Asia.

About Turing Group

Founded in 2013, Turing Group is smarter technology partner focusing on the following:

·  Cloud Infrastructure (architect, design, build and maintain) on AWS.

·  Custom Software Development with a particular focus on writing new applications and retooling existing applications such that they are prepared to run and can thrive in a Cloud environment.

·  DevOps and Automation – the world of IT infrastructure has changed quickly in this area and we have been at the forefront of forging new and better ways of building and maintaining infrastructure both in the Cloud and in the datacenter. Our focus on DevOps allows us to operate much more efficiently and ensures consistently, where it is called for, across many environments.

·  Management Consulting for IT – not only are a great many traditional systems and infrastructure engineers doing their best to evolve to meet the needs of a Cloud world, so are many business decision makers; including CIOs and CEOs who don't have deep technology staffs. In these cases, Turing Group partners deeply with its clients to help them understand the Cloud and works very closely with them in plotting the path forward to more efficient IT and, hopefully, deep savings as a result of the relationship.
