The registration for Lean Agile KC 2016 is now open! Join us on Nov. 9, 2016 at the KU Edwards campus.

LAKC is the first (and only) conference in Kansas City devoted solely to Lean and Agile learning. This year's conference will be highly interactive through improv, to game play, and simulations.

The full day conference will feature:
  • Opening Keynote from Shahzad Zafar and Matt Anderson, "The Future is Here!"
  • Breakout sessions covering a wide variety of topics: limiting WIP, Kanban, pairing, DevOps, TDD/BDD, team facilitation, feedback loops, product ownership, planning, metrics, and Systems Thinking.
  • Open KC - A unique opportunity to have casual, in-depth discussions throughout the day.  Topics can be promoted during the morning’s Market Place or in any open slot throughout the day. 
Your Registration will include:
  • A real breakfast and boxed lunch from Dean & Deluca.
  • Unlimited Roasterie coffee, iced tea, and soda throughout the day
  • Post-conference happy hour with complementary Hors d'oeuvres and adult beverages!
