The Digital Women of Kansas City Mini Conference 2016 is an opportunity for women (and men) in the city to come together and learn from different perspectives related to Empowerment.  We will have speakers from all around the city sharing stories, tips and insights on how to enable individuals to overcome their sense of powerlessness and lack of influence, to recognize how to use their resources and identify opportunities.

• Education from different perspectives is powerful.
• We need a forum to learn from each other outside of our own environments.
• Companies and individuals can be more effective when working together.
• We must improve the visibility of digital women in the community.
• We all speak different dialects of the same language – learning to translate each other makes us all successful.
