  • In the Internet of Things (IoT) age, interacting with small, resource constrained devices is an area of greatly renewed interest to hobbyists and professionals alike. For many IoT devices, communication is done in a predetermined binary format.
Working directly with binary data can be troublesome to say the least. If you know the format of the data, though, Go can make it incredibly easy for your program to ingest the data. During this meetup, Bryan Rockwood will go over an application he's written which utilizes the 'binary' Go package to interact with data streamed over a USB port.
Please Join us for a great talk and discussion.
C2FO will again sponsor this meeting, and provide food and beverages.
