Integrating Yammer and SharePoint Online to Drive Adoption
While SharePoint and Yammer have both been positioned as best of breed solutions in their given space, we have found many organizations struggling with a seamless integration between content being published in their corporate intranet and the  collaboration and discussion in their enterprise social network.  The result is a disjointed user experience between content and threads of conversation siloed in multiple social platforms.
Ideally SharePoint and Yammer should work in harmony with new content triggering collaboration, discussion and new connections across an enterprise.
DEG will explain the approach to seamlessly integrating Yammer's social fabric with new SharePoint content by leveraging Yammer Open Graph to surface comments, likes, follows and tags with content.

This session will include both a high level strategic discussion of the challenges and options for the business by DEG's Director of Enterprise Collaboration Joe Cromer, plus a technical deep dive "how to" session with DEG's Technical Lead Nick Aranzamendi. This will also include real world lessons learned implementing the solution for an Intranet accessed by more than 12,000 employees.

Location: Microsoft Office | Sandwiches will be provided
