  • This presentation is an exploration of cloud design patterns.  We will:
    • Discuss the shift from monolithic architectures to microservices 
    • Discuss the Netflix OSS patterns: Config server, Service registry, and Circuit breaker patterns
    • Demo these patterns implemented in Java (Spring) and running on Cloud Foundry
    About the Presenter:
    Sharath Sahadevan is a Platform Architect with Pivotal software.  He has extensive experience with Java.  He has given a couple of presentations to the STL JUG before:
